A strategic relationship specialist, Lee has over 20 years of international experience in developing both private and public sector enterprise business strategies, implementing organisational and cultural change to deliver improved enterprise performance on both commercial and delivery value for money outcome models.
Lee has been at the forefront of pioneering approaches aimed at better infrastructure and project practices across Australia and the United Kingdom helping to conceive, develop and deliver some of the biggest programs and delivery reform.
Lee was instrumental in the design and implementation of the first best practice Project 13 model in Australia. He was part of the implementation of the full suite of NEC4 contracts and is a practitioner of the Six Pillars of Procurement and the Infrastructure Routemap methodology in Australia.
Lee is also a member of the Project 13 Steering Committee.
