David Somek is a senior infrastructure development and reform specialist. David recently helped lead the design and development of the Infrastructure Australia Delivering Outcomes reform roadmap. Taking a whole-of-system approach, he has supported clients across the water, transport, education and social infrastructure sectors to uplift and optimise their project and program planning processes, roles and functions.
